Theme: Societal Implications of GenAI: Upbringing of Future Talents
The Industry Symposium, a longstanding satellite event of the ICDCIT series since 2011, serves as a crucial bridge between industry and academia. Taking place from 8th to 11th January 2025 alongside the 21st Edition of ICDCIT, the symposium explores “Societal Implications of GenAI: Upbringing of Future Talents”.
The symposium would focus on future trends in Generative AI, emerging challenges, and opportunities for research, innovation, and collaboration in this rapidly evolving field. Also, the symposium intends to create a road-map for the next gen talents development in the presence of GenAI’s.
The Societal Implications of GenAI : Upbringing of Future Talents would provide a platform for experts, industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to engage in meaningful discussions, share insights, and collaborate on addressing the complex challenges and opportunities presented by generative AI technologies for the technocrats.
The symposium embodies the spirit of exploration and collaboration, serving as a conduit for discussions, insights, and partnerships that pave the way for future innovations. It’s a platform where intellectual prowess converges with practical expertise, fostering an ecosystem where ideas translate into impactful solutions.

The submitted paper should have at least one author from Industry.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
The book will encompass a spectrum of topics in an around the symposium theme which may include
- Machine Learning Models
- Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs)
- Variational Autoencoders (VAEs)
- Threat/fraud in GenAI,
- Text, Music, Video , Image generation
- Ethical uses of GenAI in education.
- Content Biases of GenAI,
- Regulatory Framework for Gen I
- Reinforcement Learning and Generative Models
- Industrial Applications,
- Impact of GenAI in automobile sectors
Intended participants are required to submit their work along with one-page abstract. Authors are invited to electronically submit their chapters written in English, of up to 16 pages, presenting unpublished research results (not submitted elsewhere) relevant to the symposium theme. The papers should be submitted electronically through Easy Chair. The submitted chapters must have a similarity index of not more than 15% (including self). The similarity index will be checked at our end through turnitin.
